Hmmm... It's great help for beginners I suppose, but I made a way better engine in one day and with completely no expierience on making platformers:/ You should have focused more on coding. Still, nice work.

bugs' life...

well, idea and storyline seems 2 b great and this game isn't 2 bad, however there is a lot of bugs... u propably know (almost) all of them already and i hope u'll fix'em
i wanted also 2 say that u shouldn't use buttons for walking... why?
1. when holding a key there is a pause between first and another simple move
2. on some computers option of holding a key for 'automatic writing' is disabled, and there is a difference of time between one and another 'move' on different computers
3. first and second should be enought xD

u can use smth like this:

well... i just can't wait for the fixed version

well... don't use button for moving, try detecting key-pressing in every frame, like this thing (attached to movie clip):

If you're a beginner in Flash, it's useful. But 4 the rest it's "a piece of CRAP". And 1 thing more: it can be make better, I mean graphics.
